Mark of Authenticity
Genuineness
The fundamental criteria for success in treating complex disorders depend on the quality herbal preparations.
We have a well kept manufacturing unit located in Kerala having the Central Governments highest standard of G.M.P.(Good Manufacturing Practice).
We do make only treatment oriented herbal recipes and they are not available for sales elsewhere. The herbal preparations are made in limited quantities to ensure the quality.
Our herbal preparations are used only in our family clinics in Bad Harzburg (Germany), Florida (US), London (GB), Muscat (Oman) and the main clinic in Kerala .
As it is known that Ayurveda considers the individual where illness is a part. When ever needed custom made oils are prepared in India and are exported. Major treatments are done by the Ayurveda physician only.
Our medicated oils that are used for Neurological illnesses are custom made and are potentiated several times for superior effect.
We use oils that are prepared and taken during the Mrudu paka (a stage which is having the highest efficacy but the least shelf life).
All oils are made in traditional bronze vessel called Varp.
Preparation of Herbal Oils:
Ingredients:
- Sesame oil as the basis oil.
- Water is added 4 - 8 times the oil.
- Herbal paste ¼ the quantity of oil.
- Herbal decoction (depending on the type of oil)
- Fresh Herbal extract.(depending upon the oil made)
Preparation:
Heated in mild fire in a 'Varp' (a traditional bronze vessel) and continuously stiring. When the herbal paste has reached a stage which is called the Mrudu paka (soft consistency- where there is percolated water molecules). The oil is filtered and taken.
Potentiating Herbal oils
The above is a normal preparation of the oils. For potentiation of herbal oils, one has to repeatedly add herbal extracts and herbal decoctions. That means for a 11 times potentiated oil you have to add the extract and the decoction 11 times. The oils that are being used for chronic illnesses , in the therapies like Shirovasthi,Shirodhara, Nasya etc. These oils will have superior effect. This process of making the oil takes around 3-4 weeks time to prepare.
The herbs like Bruhathi etc, that are difficult to procure from the market because of non availability are being planted. And agriculturists are given seeds, plant cutting etc to cultivate and will be bought back in a 'buy back policy'.
Current Scenario
The continuous deforestation and the multiplied increase in the consumption of herbal products results in the extreme scarcity of herbs. Mass preparation of quality preparation are now not available. For example Dashamoola (the ten roots) are the main ingredients in many classical herbal preparations. Bilva, Agnimanda, Bruhathi are now a days not available in the market. Recently when I prepared 50 kilograms of Chyavanaprash, I had to order and wait for 15 days to get the root of Bilva (even though we have 10 different collecting sources ). In India around 50000 tones of Chyavanaprash is prepared monthly and you could imagine the quality involved.
This is not an infrequent occurrence , many of the herbs are now a days not available or at least in bulk preparation of herbal preparation.
A computer company that is producing the maximum number of laptop will have the best perfection but this is the opposite with herbal preparation. Remember a Bala plant to produce 5 grams of root will take 6 months.
Not only in herbs but also in other basic ingredients. Sesame oils of different qualities are available, the best sesame oil is having 3 times the cost than the normal ones. Sesame oil is used as the basic oil for preparing medicated oils.
